Born and raised in Bellefontaine, Ohio, W. Jordan Siler learned the value of hard work early on—spending time in local factories and helping with his grandfather’s auctioneering business. These experiences gave him a deep respect for the local farming and business communities, and they continue to shape his grounded, client-first approach to the law today.

 

Before becoming an attorney, Jordan worked in the tech industry for a Fortune 50 company, where he developed his research and analysis skills, customer service and root-cause analysis.  He then followed his passion for service and justice into the legal field, beginning his legal career at the nationally known civil litigation firm Thomas J. Henry in Austin, Texas. There, he handled high-volume personal injury cases, negotiating with insurance companies and securing meaningful settlements for injured clients.

 

After relocating back to Ohio with his wife and three sons, Jordan served as a deputy public defender, gaining extensive courtroom experience and representing clients in a wide range of criminal matters.

 

Jordan holds a degree in Political Science from Wittenberg University and earned his Juris Doctor at Barry School of Law in Orlando, Florida, where he had the opportunity to study under sitting state and federal judges. He is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Ohio. 

 

A dedicated family man and community advocate, Jordan is especially passionate about supporting those affected by mental health challenges, addiction, and disabilities.  He is also an avid supporter of local athletics and values the role of strong communities in shaping better outcomes for families.
